Chrome Cowgirl Shipping Policy

Where we ship. We currently ship anywhere in South Africa. (International friends — we see you. Not yet, but watch this space.)

Cost.

• Standard delivery: R90 flat rate, nationwide.
• FREE delivery on all orders over R800.

Processing time. Every order is packed by hand. Orders are processed and handed to our courier within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery time. Once collected by the courier, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location. Main centres (Cape Town, Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban) are usually on the faster end; regional and outlying areas may take a day or two longer.

Tracking. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your parcel to your door.

Delays. Courier delays occasionally happen for reasons outside our control (weather, strikes, load shedding at depots). If your parcel seems stuck, email hello@chromecowgirl.co.za with your order number and we'll chase it for you.

Incorrect address. Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll be in touch to arrange redelivery, which may incur an additional delivery fee.
