Chrome Cowgirl Terms of Service

1. About us. This website, chromecowgirl.co.za, is operated by Chrome Creative (Pty) Ltd (registration number 2026/373278/07), trading as Chrome Cowgirl, a company registered in South Africa. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean Chrome Creative (Pty) Ltd. Contact: hello@chromecowgirl.co.za.

2. Use of this site. By using this site and placing an order, you agree to these terms. You must be 18 or older, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to purchase from us.

3. Products and pricing. All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We take care to display our products and colours accurately, but screens vary — minor colour differences between the product photos and the physical product may occur. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors; if an item was mispriced, we'll contact you before processing the order and you may cancel for a full refund.

4. Orders and payment. An order constitutes an offer to purchase. Our acceptance occurs when we confirm the order by email. Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment provider; we do not store your card details. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders where we suspect fraud or error, with a full refund of any amount paid.

5. Stock. Our products are produced in limited runs. If an item you ordered is unexpectedly out of stock, we'll contact you to offer an alternative or a full refund.

6. Delivery, returns and refunds. Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund & Returns Policy, both of which form part of these terms.

7. Product use. Our nail wraps are a cosmetic product for external use on nails only. Follow the application and removal instructions provided. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of small children.

8. Intellectual property. All content on this site — including the Chrome Cowgirl name, logo, product names, photography and copy — belongs to Chrome Creative (Pty) Ltd and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

9. Consumer rights. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.

10. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.

11. Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this site at the time of your order applies to that order.
