Real gel, pre-cured, cut to fit a nail. No lamp because the curing already happened — that's the whole trick. No lamp also means no UV sitting there cooking the skin around your nails for twenty minutes at a time — the same spectrum a tanning bed uses, just aimed at your hands. Skip it, keep them young.

The glue underneath is the same kind used in plasters: gentle, skin-safe, made to hold and to let go without a fight. Press it on, wear it out, peel it off. Your nail underneath never knows the difference.

Check your natural nail against the size chart by bending the sheet over your nails, pre-peel. Go smaller over bigger - you can always slightly stretch the wrap out during the rub-down process. A slightly big one overlaps skin and may cause lifting.

Heat is your friend, twice: hairdryer before application to soften the wrap, warm water before removal to loosen it.
Friction isn't just pressing — rub the wrap down, don't just push it.
Cold room, cold hands = weak first bond. Warm up before you start.
Humidity straight out of the shower is a bad time to apply. Dry off, wait a few minutes, then go.
File in one direction only. Back-and-forth is how edges lift early.
Keep your spare wraps in the original packaging — flat, cool, out of direct sun. That's your chip-emergency stash; heat and light degrade the adhesive over time.

Around 5-7 days, 10-12 days with good prep. Prep and pressure do most of the work here. Gently buffed nails, warmed wraps, proper, the full 30-second hold are your best friends for longer wear. If one nail chips before the rest, patch that one from your spare sheet and wear the rest out to the end.

Hands in water a lot — dishes, swimming, long baths

Frequent hand sanitizer or cleaning products — alcohol and solvents break down adhesive faster

Picking or peeling at the edges instead of leaving them be

How to Apply

Before you start

Warm hands, dry nails, no lotion. If your hands are cold, warm them up first — cold nails make the glue grip weaker on that first press. Just got out of the shower? Wait a few minutes. Damp or steamy air stops the glue from sticking properly, no matter how hard you press. Best time to apply: before bed. A few hours lying still while you sleep gives the glue time to fully harden before your hands go back to daily life. Wake up, and you're already ahead on wear time.

Prep

Push back your cuticles gently with your wooden stick, then buff the surface of the nail gently with your nail file— just enough to knock off the shine. That shine is oil and dead surface cells, and it's exactly what stops the glue from grabbing on. Use your alcohol swap to clean the nail of any residue.

Find your fit

Match each wrap to the nail using the size guide by gently bending the sheet over each nail to find the perfect fit, pre-peel. Go slightly smaller over slightly bigger — a wrap that's too big overlaps skin and could cause lifting.

Turn up the heat

Run a hairdryer over the sheet on low heat for a few seconds or place the sheet over a hot mug of tea before applying. This softens the adhesive and makes the wraps easier to work with.

Apply & Rub

Place the wrap as close to the cuticle as you can, then roll it down to the tip — pushing air out as you go. Rub it in firmly, starting with the wooden stick and then your thumb, focusing on the edges and the cuticle line.

Trim & Shape

Trim the excess nail wrap with a nail clipper or scissors, cutting as close to your nail's edge as possible.File the excess in a downward motion only, sealing the edge as you go. Avoid filing back and froth.

Final Friction & you're set!

Final lock in - Keep rubbing your nail for a full 30 seconds. That friction is what actually locks the bond in and gives you a flawless finish.

Avoid water, touching oily foods and excessive hand activity for the next few hours. Your wraps need time to bond and harden. Once they're set, you're set !

How to Remove

Soak

Soak your fingertips in warm water for 5 minutes. This softens the glue and gets it ready to let go.

Oil up

Massage an oil around your cuticles and into the edges of the wraps — we recommend Lelive body oil. It works its way under the edge and helps loosen the bond further.

Gently lift

Use a wooden stick to gently ease the wrap up from the edge. Take your time here — slow and steady beats forcing it, every time.

Ready for round 2

Wipe away any leftover residue with an alcohol swab. Give your nails a little rest, and they're ready to go again whenever your next set is.
